Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys seeing the "full picture" of a transaction? We are looking for an AP & Operations Coordinator to join our client's team in Versailles. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of finance, purchasing, and logistics. In this position, you won't just be "inputting data"-you will be the guardian of the procurement cycle. From the moment a purchase order is created until the final payment is mailed, you will ensure a;; vendors are paid accurately and inventory levels are precisely tracked. Experience Needed:
Experience with Sage 50 (or similar ERP/Accounting software) is highly preferred Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams (Inventory) and external partners (Vendors) Comfortably pivot between financial entry and managing phone lines in a collaborative, shared office settingApply today! High SchoolResponsibilities Full-Cycle Accounts Payable:
Take ownership of the invoice process within Sage 50, ensuring all vendor billing is captured accurately and payments are prepared for mailing on schedule
Purchasing Lifecycle Management:
Act as the primary tracker for all purchase orders, following up on vendor acknowledgments to ensure our supply chain remains uninterrupted
Inventory Integrity:
Collaborate daily with the Inventory Clerk to verify that parts received match our invoices, playing a lead role in preventing discrepancies before they hit the books
Operational Support:
