Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day to day accounting operations of our growing company. This position will be responsible for overseeing all bookkeeping functions, including payroll processing, multi-state tax compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks and Excel experience and be comfortable managing multiple accounts with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities would include Managing full-cycle bookkeeping operations Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll Handle payroll tax filings and reporting Manage multi-state sales tax filings and compliance Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Maintain general ledger and journal entries Accounts payable and accounts receivable management Assist with year-end closing and coordinate with CPA Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
