~2+ months A company in Alexandria is seeking a Temporary AP Clerk to support daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high-volume inbox. Responsibilities Manage and reply to the AP inbox daily Forward emails to the correct staff members Log, save, and organize all incoming AP invoices Assist with AP processing, including: General ledger coding Understanding cash flow and early-pay discounts Learning purchasing needs and operational expenses Applying the 3-Way Match (PO, Receipt, Invoice) Meeting daily deadlines Interacting with purchasing, receiving, vendors, HR, and plant supervisors Qualifications Clerical or accounting support experience preferred Strong organization and communication skills Ability to manage a busy inbox and learn new systems Reliable and able to commit to the full assignment Apply Now!
