Job Description

THDL is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for one of our clients in the Lafayette area.
Responsibilities:
Generate invoices in Accounting Software Invoicing through client portals (Ariba, Open Invoice, Coupa) Receipt of customer payments Storage and filing of invoices and support Issue resolution Collections Backup answering phone when needed
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Sage 100 experience is a plus Able to multitask and manage time Detail oriented Strong communication skills Strong work ethic
