You will support and assist our Controller with a variety of both accounting and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative, professional environment, have strong detail and communication skills, and are looking to grow their career within dealership and accounting operations!

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekends

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with annual company contributions Primary Responsibilities Research and resolve accounting schedule discrepancies Perform account, bank, and parts statement reconciliations Maintain organized records of sales, payments, warranties, and service contracts Assist with month-end closing entries Support special accounting projects and daily department operations Verify all documents for accuracy and signatures Coordinate with lenders, customers, and internal departments to facilitate the completion of vehicle transaction records. Who We Are Looking For Minimum of three years in an accounting-related role Automotive accounting and Title Work experience are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and collaborate with staff at all levels Solid computer and written communication skills Enable and embodies our
