Accounting

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, a solid understanding of GAAP, and experience with various accounting software. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, proficiency in financial reporting and interpretation, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial data management. Duties Include but not limited to: General clerical tasks Computer and Data Entry skills Vendor Management Work with Accounts Payable, matching payment checks and mailing Process incoming mail Verifying invoices Imputing information quickly and accurately into the computer system as needed. Ability to set-up and maintain filing systems Operation of office equipment Managing journal entries Bank reconciliation Auditing vendors/payables

Qualifications:

Must have QuickBooks experience. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to stand and or sit continuously to perform essential job functions for duration of shift with or without reasonable accommodations. General knowledge of computers required. Microsoft word and Excel preferred. Full Time, flexible schedule is required.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
