This position is responsible for managing accounts payable functions for three companies while also supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts payable for multiple companies Review, process, and reconcile vendor invoices and payments Maintain accurate accounting records and vendor files Assist with bank reconciliations and daily cash balancing Perform data entry and support general accounting functions Collaborate with internal departments regarding inventory and purchasing activity Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy within AP processes Support month-end accounting activities as needed Participate in parts inventory processes and reporting Qualifications Minimum 3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience required Understanding of AP processes, reconciliations, and financial accuracy Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to changing responsibilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with inventory, purchasing, or multi-company accounting is a plus Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
