Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. In this vital role, you will support the organization's financial operations by managing data entry, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy across various accounting functions. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our financial records, facilitate smooth payroll management, and support compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your accounting skills within a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. Perform data entry for daily funding, Credit card reconciliation and general ledger transactions. Break down and prepare all incoming deals. Daily bank runs. New vehicle stock ins. Conduct account reconciliation activities including double entry bookkeeping and bank statement matching to maintain precise financial records. Proficiency in accounting software, Strong data entry skills including 10 key typing and attention to detail for accurate bookkeeping and account reconciliation. Ability to perform math calculations accurately and efficiently; experience with account analysis, budgeting, credit analysis is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks such as journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, and account analysis simultaneously.
