And Your A/P Skills We're seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in West Monroe who enjoys tracking payments, logging transactions, and helping the team stay on top of deadlines. Organized? Requirements for a Great Fit 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (service industry preferred) Hands-on experience withERP software or Foundationrequired Associate degree in Accounting or related field (preferred but not required) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and problem-solving skills Prior related experience in construction or a similar field What You'll Be Handling Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices Code invoices to correct general ledger accounts Enter invoices into Sage or QuickBooks accounting system Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized vendor files and documentation Assist with month-end closing processes Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures What Makes This Role Worth It Strong Pay.
