Job Description

Bookkeeping Position HomeVestors- WinWin Properties, LLC. - Braintree, MA We are a real estate investment company (the "We Buy Ugly Houses" people), seeking a motivated individual to add to our tight knit team. If you are detail oriented, adaptable, driven to produce results and skilled at multitasking this may be the job for you. This is a position that is growing within our company as we operate 4 real estate related businesses.
Bookkeeping Duties:
  • QuickBooks data entry and account reconciliation
  • Invoicing of tenants and managing rent collection
  • Respond to employee inquiries, including payroll matters and PTO
  • Process timesheets and bi-weekly payroll
  • Coordination of financial information with payroll company, accountant and business owners
  • Preparing financial and operational reports
  • Oversee annual 1099 reporting
  • Assist accountant on Annual Tax Filings
  • Assemble information for external auditors; Workers Comp, 401k and similar audits
  • Manage Accounts Payables/Receivables
  • Manage Bank Deposits
  • Communicate mandatory employee notices, 401k Plans
  • Create and maintain general Employee, Customer, and Vendor Information
  • Help with 401K Plan administration
  • Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies
  • Prepare financial statements as requested
  • Prepare, review, and understand financial statements
  • Prepare collection notices
  • Maintain, improve current processes and controls
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial and other confidential data
  • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
  • Other duties as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent verbal/communication skills and organizational skills High attention to detail Proficiency MS Office Suite and QuickBooks with ability to learn new software QuickBooks Certification a plus Knowledge of office management systems, computers and procedures Proficient at multi-tasking and ability to prioritize work Ability to problem solve
