Job Description

MetroWest Acura, MetroWest Hyundai and Genesis of Framingham are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Breaking down and posting deals Reconcile daily deposits and preparing bank deposits Reconcile vendor statements Prepares A/P checks Monitoring payment status on overdue A/R accounts Processing all payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles. Maintain titles and MSO's for new and used inventory Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory Maintaining all schedules associated with position Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills Holds confidentiality in high regard Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous 1 year automotive/dealership accounting experience is required. Willingness to take initiative. Computer literacy Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily. Detailed follow up. Ability to work as a team member and independently. Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career, business growth and daily development CDK experience preferred but not required

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
