Job Description:

Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper - Georgetown, MA Our client, a growing organization within the construction and professional services industry, is seeking an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role focuses on transactional accounting, record maintenance, and assisting with close and reporting activities in a fast-paced, onsite environment. Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Enter and reconcile invoices, payments, deposits, and journal entries Support month-end close and general ledger maintenance Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Assist with pricing, sales, and margin tracking Provide general accounting support to the accounting manager Qualifications 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Strong QuickBooks experience Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
