Responsibilities:

- Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle check runs and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Enter financial data into the system with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
- Support special projects and tasks as needed to enhance accounts payable operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to address payment-related inquiries.
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely processing of outstanding invoices. Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts payable, including invoice processing and coding.
- Strong skills in account reconciliation and financial data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing data.
- Familiarity with check runs and payment processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
