Accounts Payable Representative We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Representative for our Gardner, MA location. The Accounts Payable Representative works closely with the Account Controller and is responsible for all Accounts Payable duties including invoice management and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as prior Accounts Payable experience. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Maintain vendor records Scan & upload a large volume of invoices Properly code all invoices per the corresponding association budget Pay all invoices in a timely manner Vendor relations W9 and vendor certificate of insurance maintenance Daily positive pay verification Process third party payroll Budget & monthly AP financial assistance Experience Prior Accounts Payable experience is required. Prior payroll experience is a plus. Strongroom & Vantaca experience is a plus. Prior association management experience is a plus. Associate degree of higher is a plus.
