Job Description:
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting operations for two entities. This role will take ownership of the full accounting cycle and play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting overall business operations. Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes Oversee billing and collections activities Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports Conduct account reconciliations on a regular basis Assist with payroll processing as needed (not required) Support light HR-related administrative tasks Required Experience & Skills Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper Demonstrated ability to manage AP, collections, and financial reporting Ability to handle multiple entities simultaneously Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Team-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., legal, architecture, or similar industries) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
