Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting processes who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The Accounting Clerk will play an essential role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting core accounting functions across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor payments accurately and on schedule.

Record financial transactions in the General Ledger with precision and consistency.

Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Assist with preparing month‑end journal entries and gathering supporting documentation.

Compile and generate financial reports to support analysis and decision‑making.

Support accounts receivable activities, including managing check processing through the clearing house.

Coordinate fund transfers between subsidiaries as needed.
