Accounts Payable Specialist Job Duties:
Process and code vendor invoices accurately Maintain vendor records and support 1099 reporting Manage corporate credit card reconciliations and auto-pay programs Process employee expense reimbursements Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and prepare accruals Support month-end and year-end close activities Assist with special projects and provide support to leadership Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in accounts payable Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems Strong knowledge of general ledger processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Payroll certification is a plus #LI-JG1 #
