Accounts Payable Specialist

Gaithersburg Temporary Overview:

TriSource is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time temporary opportunity with our client. The ideal candidate will have experience processing a high volume of invoices and familiarity with Yardi software. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices (3-way matching) Prepare and process check runs and ACH payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files and records Respond to vendor and internal inquiries professionally and promptly Assist with AP-related tasks during month-end close Support audits by providing necessary documentation

Qualifications:

2-4 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience Experience with Yardi software preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills
