Work Location:

Onsite. Candidates are required to work onsite full-time at Patuxent River, MD.

Essential Functions:

Supports the Comptroller Outgoing Funds Department. Validates, accepts, and approves reimbursable expenses. Analyzes and processes rejections. Obligates and de-obligates contracts. Creates, modifies, and closes Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and contracts. Analyzes and validates contract accruals. Reviews and adjusts Service Entry Sheets in Navy ERP. Analyzes and processes pre-validation request. Format and clean up reports/spreadsheets. Other duties as assigned or required. Requirements

Required:

At least one (1) year of accounting experience. High school Diploma or GED required.

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

High school Diploma or GED required.
