PREPARE REPORTS FOR MONTHLY AUDIT
MAINTAIN ACCOUNTING FILES
FILE SALES TAX REPORTS
ASSIST WITH PREPARATION OF ANNUAL BUDGET
ASSIST ACCOUNTANT WITH YEAREND ADJUSTMENTS
Schedule:
3 days a week, 6 hrs/day. Mon 9-3, Weds 9-3, Fri 9-3

Requirements include the following:
Valid Maryland Driver's License. Efficient in Quickbooks Computer Literate - MarinaGo, ACT, Outlook, Excel, Word Skill in the use of office equipment and technology, and the ability to master new technologies, including computers and related software. Employee must reside within 30 miles from the Marina. Any and all other work as requested to do by the Marina Manager or his/her designee.
