This is a unique opportunity to step into a key role with hands-on training and immediate impact. Position Overview Adler Display is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our Account Executive and project teams in the signage, display, and branded environments industry. This role combines account support, client coordination, and marketing support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support Account Executive with client communications and tracking Maintain CRM, customer records, project tracking, and lead source tracking Process orders, confirmations, and invoices Serve as a client contact for updates and questions Prepare quotes and assist with proposals Support business development and marketing efforts Create presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, PDFs) Coordinate meetings and schedules Collaborate with project managers and production teams
Qualifications Required:
2+ years admin/account support, strong organization, communication,
MS Office Preferred:
signage/display or design industry,
CRM, Canva/PowerPoint Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
