Dental Insurance and Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Established, high-tech and customer service driven private dental practice in Owings Mills is seeking a Insurance and Accountants Receivable Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and experience working with dental insurance and patient accounts independently.

Responsibilities Include:

Entering insurance payments accurately Verifying Insurance Plans Entering insurance plans in Dentrix Sending and following up on insurance claims Submitting x-rays, narratives, and supporting documentation to insurance companies Following up on past due insurance claims Sending patient billing statements Following up on outstanding patient balances Communicating with patients regarding account questions Working closely with the front office a

Qualifications:

Dental office experience required Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Experience with Dentrix dental software required Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional communication and customer service skills We are a high-tech, team-oriented office that values professionalism, efficiency, and excellent patient care and service.

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
