Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, ambitious individual to join our team as an entry-level Accounting Admin. This role involves supporting our accounting department with various administrative tasks and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresAssist in balancing balance sheets and income statementsKeep accurate records of assets and liabilitiesFiling accounting related documentsAssist with various accounting-related tasks

Skills:

Must be highly detail oriented - ensuring precision with tasksAbility to calculate and manage accounting figures and financial recordsHands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software (Excel)Proficient computer and technology skills including in MS OfficeQualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent, college courses or degree is a plusExperience in accounts payable and/or accounting/accounting related field is a plusMust be eligible for employment in the U.S. 

Additional InformationProposed Salary:

$43 - 48k annualSheladia Associates, Inc. has made the best effort to accurately represent the pay range for this position, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and any applicable cost of living data relevant to the position/candidate.
