Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with strong Microsoft Excel skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Maintain fixed asset depreciation schedules. Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist with journal entries. Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other departments as needed. Assist with audits.
Qualifications:
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team. Fixed asset depreciation experience is a plus. ERP system experience preferred; Business Central experience is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in accounting is preferred.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
