Accounts Payable Specialist Realty Resources Management LLC Compensation Range:

The Accounts Payable Specialist plays an important role in ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, maintaining financial records, and supporting the overall accounting functions of the organization. Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation. Maintain organized accounts payable records and electronic filing systems. Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies. Assist with accounts receivable tracking and reconciliation as needed. Record recurring monthly items, including mortgage allocations, escrow activity, and funding schedules. Enter approved general ledger entries and maintain supporting documentation. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare and organize documentation for audits and compliance reviews. Assist with financial reporting and special accounting projects. Work closely with Property Management and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial information. Help improve accounting procedures and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy. What We're Looking For Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; accounting software experience preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Professional communication skills and a commitment to excellent internal customer service. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, squat, and climb as needed. Don't meet every qualification?
