GED Full Job Description Position Summary:

Responsible for managing the company's incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices using SAP ERP systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process customer invoices, credit memos, and payment postings within SAP Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up with customers Perform daily cash applications and reconcile payment discrepancies Review aging reports and escalate delinquent accounts as needed Maintain accurate customer account data and documentation in SAP Investigate chargebacks, deductions, and short pays Support month end closing activities, including AR reporting and reconciliation Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve billing issues Generate and analyze AR reports from SAP (aging, cash receipts, open items, etc.) Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls Skills & Qualifications Experience with SAP modules related to AR (commonly

SAP FI, SAP
