This role supports Bay Logistics and affiliated entities by managing invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer account activities. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes ownership of their work. What You'll Do Accounts Receivable & Billing Generate and process accurate customer invoices across multiple entities Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies Maintain customer account records and documentation Collections Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment status Escalate delinquent accounts when necessary Cash Receipts & Reconciliation Apply incoming payments including ACH, wire transfers, and checks Reconcile customer payments and investigate variances Maintain accurate cash posting records Administrative & Operational Support Assist with A/P notes and PO management processes Maintain organized filing systems and financial records Support reporting, audits, and cross-functional coordination with operations and customer service teams What We're Looking For 1-3 years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting support experience Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and cash application Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting systems Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Work Environment Full-time onsite position Monday-Friday schedule Primarily desk and computer-based work Occasional light lifting of office materials or files Collaborative and fast-paced office environment Why Bay Logistics?
