We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding Dental Management Company committed to supporting dental practices with best-in-class operational and financial services. Our team is growing, and we're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper or Accounting Admin to join us on our mission to scale with precision and purpose.
Position Summary:
As a Bookkeeper/Admin, you will play a critical role in supporting our accounting operations. You'll be part of a collaborative finance team that works closely with both corporate leadership and practice-level teams. This position offers a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the financial backbone of a thriving platform.
Responsibilities:
Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes of banks, credit cards, and payroll entries Bank feeds, Credit Card Feeds, Workpaper (spreadsheet) entries AP Reports and assisting with invoicing in our AP system Factura Maintenance and Review of monthly schedules Review data after the team has brought in for accuracy and editing as needed Assist in the integration of newly acquired practices into the financial reporting structure Analyze variances and trends, providing insights and recommendations Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GAAP Contribute to the improvement and automation of accounting processes and systems Support internal and external audit requests Communicate requests to office team in a professional manner
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting or healthcare industry preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude Background in AP a plus Experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity or multi-location environment preferred Familiarity with Sage Intacct a plus Multiple Banking platform experience preferred Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines independently Autonomous work mindset while being able to work collaboratively
