Required Job Duties Duties Description Enter all cash receipts to the correct invoices and customer accounts Research and resolve discrepancies, such as pricing difference, quantity disputes and returns Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date and accounts are properly noted Collection of past due accounts Accessing portals to obtain remittance advice Perform daily cash management duties, run daily bank reports, update cash logs, upload deposits in a timely matter to customer account Verification and timely entry of vendor invoices Accurate coding of expenses Daily sales reporting Create and distribute invoices to customers by email, mail, customer portal Modify invoices for freight and other costs as needed Issue credit memos to customers, maintain Credit Log Regular development of payment proposal
- check, ACH or AMEX Entry of journal entries Process all credit card payments Contact and provide support to customers for payments Work with internal departments i.
e., Sales, Customer Service, and Shipping to collect cash faster, build strong customer relationships and resolve customer disputes. Support other areas as needed Responsibilities Timely and accurate entry of accounts payable Regular development of payment proposal

Key Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
