Accounts Payable Clerk ( Manufacturing)

Summary We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk with 2+ years of experience to support our accounting team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time. Responsibilities Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy Perform 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and receiving documents) Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wires) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies independently Assist with month-end close, including accruals and reporting Be able to assist with other accounting task as given Work cross-functionally with purchasing, receiving Qualifications High school diploma required; associate degree preferred 2+ years of accounts payable experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay:

From $21.00 per hour
