Accounts Receivable Specialist Location:

Full time, on site
Compensation:
$40,000 - $50,000 We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team at a leading manufacturing organization in Jackson, MI. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day AP/AR functions to ensure accurate, timely processing and strong vendor and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Process 300-500 invoices per week (lighter early in the week, busier later). Post payments in Oracle and Excel -no collections calls. Use an API tool in Excel to sync data with Oracle. Double-check invoice info for accuracy before finalizing. Spot ways to make things faster and smarter-automation ideas welcome.
Qualifications:
No degree or prior AP/AR experience required -they'll train you. Comfortable with tech and excited to learn. Someone who takes initiative and can grow into a leader. #INNOV2025
