Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Summary:

An industry-leading architectural signage company in Grand Rapids is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Requirements:

Generate invoices in SAGE Contact past due and near due accounts for payment Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes and inquiries Process credit card payments Develop a solid understanding of multi-state sales tax jurisdictions Process credit applications Create and maintain positive customer relationships Other duties as assigned

Schedule & Pay:

8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday. Full or Part time (minimum 20-25 hours, 4 days/week) $19-$20/

HR Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications:

At least 2 years of related education or experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Sage highly beneficial Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Accuracy and attention to detail, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills Apply Now!
