Job Description
Manage data entry and maintain accurate financial records Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts Process client payrolls and payment of liabilities Assist with creating reports and year-end tax documents Support office management activities such as entering data, maintaining records, and miscellaneous projects Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service Schedule appointments for clients when necessary Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring professional phone etiquette and timely responses Support administrative functions like filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office systems to enhance workflow efficiency
