Chet's Rent-All, a family-owned equipment and tool rental company serving the greater Detroit area since 1946, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Office Assistant to join our team. With eight locations and a long-standing reputation for reliability, we take pride in supporting contractors, homeowners, and project enthusiasts with quality equipment and exceptional service. We are seeking an organized and motivated individual with an accounting or office support background. This role includes Accounts Payable responsibilities, data entry, and general office support. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable transactions. Enter invoices and financial data into QuickBooks. Assist with general accounting and office duties as assigned. Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail in all entries. Support team members with administrative and financial tasks.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with QuickBooks. Experience with Accounts Payable. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Team-oriented mindset. Interest in working in financial operations.
