  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Gallery Manager to oversee the financial operations and daily management of our vibrant art gallery.
This role combines meticulous bookkeeping with active gallery management, ensuring smooth financial processes while creating an engaging environment for visitors and artists alike. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for art, strong accounting expertise, and excellent organizational skills to foster a thriving creative space. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance using accounting software such as QuickBooks. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Ability to perform account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis efficiently Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
