Job Description
We're always looking to grow our team with talented, enthusiastic people. Currently, we are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented individual to fill a position on our Accounting team. A qualified individual will be expected to:
- Reconcile data into various reports
- Account reviews & General Journal Entries
- Month End, Quarter End, Year End reporting
- Communicate effectively with controllers, CFO, dealerships to answer questions, inquiries, etc.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Invoicing
- Process Sales Tax Returns
- Reconcile fixed assets for all companies

- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Accounting Experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Organized and great attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptable to change, with a willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-company accounting and reporting experience preferred
