Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with manufacturing experience to support our day-to-day accounting and inventory operations. This role plays a key part in tracking materials, supporting job costing, and maintaining accurate financial records tied to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bookkeeping activities including AP/AR and general ledger entries Track inventory transactions, material usage, and cost of goods Assist with job costing and production cost tracking Reconcile inventory and financial discrepancies Support month-end close and financial reporting Work closely with purchasing and production teams to ensure accurate data Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions

Qualifications:

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software
