In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining bookkeeping and credit card transactions within QuickBooks and accounting spreadsheets. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to work collaboratively with accounting and management teams to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping and reporting. This role involves challenging assignments, which are opportunities to develop new skills using various platforms. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter credit card transactions and bookkeeping data into QuickBooks and accounting spreadsheets Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and job-costing records Coordinate with accounting and management teams to ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping Monitor job-costing activity and identify potential discrepancies or errors Assist in resolving bookkeeping, recordkeeping, and job-costing issues Maintain records related to job orders, expenses, and shipments Support internal departments by providing accurate financial and operational information Help improve processes and streamline administrative and accounting workflows Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor degree preferred Previous experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, accounting support, or data entry preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance - available after 90 days Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Opportunities for growth and long-term career development Whom we are looking for Dependable and self-motivated professional Strong accuracy and data entry skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role If you are organized, detail-focused, and wish to grow within an accounting and administrative environment, we encourage you to apply.
