Prior experience, in lieu of Associate's degree in accounting Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities General accounts receivable functions Post and receipt payments Prepare deposit activities Process invoices Monitor customer accounts Perform filing and general administrative tasks Liaise with other departments/customers Filling in for phone answering each day Creating checks/ACH payments to vendors MS Office and knowledge (preferred) Key Competencies Planning and organizing Attention to detail Problem-solving Teamwork Customer service orientation Communication skills Willingness to learn Excellent phone skills •The above description is intended to give a general idea of the work that will be performed. Pay:
