Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

Marsh Automotive Group is a family owned, fast-paced, customer-focused auto dealership company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) Clerk to join our team. The AP/AR Clerk will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with numbers in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

Review and verify invoice entries for accuracy Enter invoices into the accounting system Process vendor payments, including check runs Maintain organized and accurate AP/AR records Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments Post daily cash receipts and deposits Prepare and post journal entries related to bank deposits Process warranty cancellations and issue refund checks Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

What We're Looking For:

Previous AP/AR or general accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Positive, upbeat attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiar with
