Bookkeeping Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in general ledger accounting, financial software, and proficiency in various accounting tools .

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of the clients' financial records and transactions
• Conduct journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not required
• Familiarity with financial software applications and Microsoft Office
• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles
• Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately
• Proficiency in journal entries and bank reconciliation techniques

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in corporate accounting practices
• Experience with Accounting CS software This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
