Accounts Payable Specialist

What You'll Do:

Process and verify a high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and complete documentationReconcile accounts to maintain precise and up-to-date financial recordsPartner with internal departments to research and resolve invoice or payment discrepanciesEnsure all accounts payable activities comply with company policies and accounting standardsUtilize SAP to manage, track, and report on accounts payable activityRespond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues in a timely, professional mannerInvestigate and follow up on unpaid or disputed invoices
