Wyoming, MI Salary Range:

The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Bookkeepers. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable, processing invoices and payments for raw materials and operational expenses. Process accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and payment application for product sales. Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations. Prepare and process payroll for manufacturing and administrative staff. Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile subsidiary ledgers. Assist with inventory valuation and cost of goods sold calculations. Generate basic financial reports, such as Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems common in manufacturing environments. Demonstrated experience with cost accounting, inventory valuation, and job costing. Strong understanding of GAAP, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements and perform complex account reconciliations. Experience processing payroll and managing related tax filings and compliance. Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for financial data analysis and reporting. Prior experience with inventory management software or modules.
