Play a key role in keeping Viking's operations moving forward through strong financial support. What You'll Do As an A/PA/R Specialist , you'll support the daytoday operations of the Finance department, assist with the monthly financial close process, and deliver excellent service to both internal teams and external customers. Accounts PayableAccounts Receivable Process A/P and A/R invoices accurately and on time. Review customer credit hold queues and take appropriate action. Process daily A/R bank deposits and cash applications. Perform weekly A/P check runs and prepare ACH files. Support A/R collection activities as needed. Enter and process Nails invoices. Complete weekly certification review and processing. Financial CloseReporting Assist with the monthly financial close process. Prepare journal entries and ensure proper supporting documentation. Reconcile subledgers to the general ledger. Maintain supporting schedules and assist with monthend reporting. Support sales tax processing and reporting activities. Customer ServiceCrossFunctional Support Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. Assist other departments with financial analysis and accountingrelated support. Accountability Areas Accounts Payable management Accounts Receivable reporting and cash applications Financial close support Monthend reporting Sales tax support What You Bring Required Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience. 3-7 years of related A/P and A/R experience. Strong Excel skills (required). Excellent organization, timemanagement, and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization. Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset. Flexibility to work extended hours during monthend close and other peak periods. Preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience working in a manufacturing or operationsdriven environment. Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems. Pay and Benefits This is a fulltime, onsite, exempt position. The typical schedule is standard business hours with extended hours as needed during monthend close. The range for this position is $59,800-$74,780 and is highly dependent on applicable experience and skills.
