Job Description:

Process, review, and code vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents (2‑way/3‑way matching) Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner Prepare and process weekly or monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers) Maintain vendor records, including W‑9 forms and tax documentation Reconcile accounts payable subledger to the general ledger

Qualifications:
