Job Description

Summary:
The Accounting Clerk will assist the finance team in preparing customer invoices, ensuring the timely payment from customers for goods and services offered by the company, processing vendor invoices, and administrative task as necessary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but are not limited to): Accounts Receivable Assist in the compilation and organization of the items necessary to create customer invoices Prepare customer invoices in timely manner for multiple entities and submit to customer Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting customers as necessary as well sending monthly statements of invoices due to all customers. Maintain and update customer profiles within ERP system Accounts Payable Enter vendor invoices into the company ERP system on recurring basis Assist in check preparation and distribution Reconcile company credit card monthly statement Maintain and update vendor profiles within ERP system Administrative Duties Scan and file documents as necessary Organize and file bills, statements, and invoices as necessary
Education/Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as other accounting software programs Experience in data entry Understating of basic accounting principles This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position.
