Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist An established, growing organization is looking to add a full-time accounting specialist to support day-to-day financial operations. This role will work across multiple entities spanning more multiple states, including real estate-related operations. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a variety of accounting responsibilities while providing responsive internal support. Strong technical accounting knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, Associates degree in Accounting required Strong GAAP accounting knowledge. 1+ years of accounting experience, preferably with A/P, A/R and real estate brokerages. Strong technology and Microsoft office skills (especially excel & outlook). Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as a team. Small business experience with a variety of responsibilities. Responsibilities New Vendor Review & Set up A/P bill collection, entry, & approval documentation A/P bill payment processing Deposit checks Sending notifications for closings 1099 reporting Process referral payments A/R invoicing & tracking A/R collection processing Review and propose best practices and process improvements. Assist Managers and department as needed with various ad-hoc projects.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
