In this role, you'll manage both AP and AR functions while supporting accurate financial processing and month-end activities. AP/AR Specialist:

Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents Code and enter invoices into the accounting system Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Generate and distribute customer invoices Post customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing issues Assist with month-end closing activities and audit support Maintain organized financial records and documentation What You Need to Bring to the

AP/AR Role:
