Accounts Receivable Clerk

If you are a student, a retired (or semi-retired) person, or just someone who wants to pick up a little extra spending money, this opportunity for you! This is a temporary position within the Accounts Receivable Department. The Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk will have the primary task of reviewing customer sales tax exemption forms and entering them into the system. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will enjoy a flexible schedule, with the goal of keeping customer information as current and up-to-date as possible.

Pay Range:

$16.00-$18.00 (Based on experience).

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Reviews customer exemption forms for completeness. Follows-up with incomplete forms. Files the forms electronically in a specified directory. Completes the exemption setup in the system within a 5-7 day window. Communicates with customers and store personnel as needed. May perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Total of 15-20 hours per week. Hours are flexible, with the ability to work between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday.

Education, Training, Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
