Qualified canidates will have experience in: Accounts Payable o AP Statement Reconciliation o Manage Open item receipts and communicate with vendors on missing invoices o Manage AP Inbox o Daily Entry of Payables Invoices and ACH Transactions o Reconcile open PO/Item Receipts Monthly o Monthly reporting of fuel purchases o Monthly reporting of CC transactions by cardholder o Monthly reconciliation of checking statement o Ensure Accuracy of Charges or Manager Approval on larger Bills. o Track Due Dates to avoid late fees and if any, report to Acct. Manager Accounts Receivable o Process, Record and Reconcile various forms of customer payments o Manage/Track Collections Accounts and Write offs o Daily Deposits Reporting to Accounting Manager o Manage Customer Financing Program and payments o Process Customer Adjustments and Refunds o Process Lien Waivers o Track Customer Deposits o Respond to billing inquiries o Assist in Maintaining Accurate Customer Database Accounting o Daily Checking Reconciliation/Documentation o Responsible for Cash on Hand Account o Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop o Maintain and Organize Digital Records o Track W9s and COI for Subcontractors Essential Qualities for this position o Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop required, QuickBooks Online or QB Certified recommended. o Experience with QuickBooks Time and Service Titan CRM highly encouraged o Experience with AI automated AP software preferred, willingness to learn and work with an AI process required o Experience in QuickBooks AP Workflow required: I.e.
